Refund Procedure:

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email within 24 hours containing access details to the digital courses you’ve purchased.

If, within 30 days of the purchase date, you find that the digital course does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund by sending an email to contact@luminara.com

In the refund request email, please provide the following information:

Your full name
Order number
The reason for your dissatisfaction with the course
Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Conditions:

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
The refund request must be submitted via email to contact@luminara.com
Refunds will only be issued for the amount paid for the digital course.
No physical product needs to be returned as the courses are delivered electronically.

Refund Approval:

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
